Privacy

The short, honest version — a full policy ships with the commercial launch.

What we store

When you submit a beta application, we store exactly what you typed into the form: your name, work email, company name, country, role, company size, the hosts and seats you need, your requested tier, how you heard of us (if you told us), and your motivation text.

If you become a beta tester

Approved testers get an account. For accounts we additionally store: your password (as a one-way hash — we can never read it), your licence dates and tier, your licence-agreement acceptance record (name, date, agreement version), and a log of the installer files your account downloads (file, version, time). These exist to operate your beta licence and to keep an honest record of acceptance and delivery.

Why we store it

One purpose: to process your beta application and contact you about it. We don't sell it, share it, or use it for advertising. If your application becomes a beta partnership, this information becomes the start of that working relationship.

Where it lives

Applications are stored in our database hosted in the EU. Emails about your application are sent through our email provider to the address you gave us.
