Partner programme
You know their factory.
We built the system for it.
The CaliberERP Partner Programme is for consultants who move manufacturers from spreadsheets to a real ERP — the people who sit in the production office, understand why the planner keeps a private workbook, and can fix it. You bring the customer and the expertise; you sell, implement, train, and you are their support. We bring the product and correct its defects.
50% of your customer's first-year revenue, 10% ongoing while you support them. The full schedule lives in the partner portal.
Who it's for
Consultancies and independent consultants who work with manufacturers, and who are already the person those companies call when a process breaks. If your work is getting a factory off spreadsheets and onto something that holds, this programme is built for you.
It asks for real expertise, professional conduct, a registered business in good standing, and a willingness to be the customer's support rather than a referrer. In return you get a product you can stand behind, a commercial relationship you own, and a direct line into what gets built next.
And you grow with them. A customer who starts with purchase orders and ends up running the group never has to be re-implemented — they move up the same ladder, on the same instance, with you beside them. The commission model is built to pay you for exactly that: you earn on what your customer grows into, for as long as you are the one supporting them.
What partners do
Sell
You find the manufacturers still running on spreadsheets and a decade-old system, and you show them what a real manufacturing ERP does. You own the commercial conversation.
Implement
CaliberERP goes onto infrastructure the customer owns — their own server by default, or scaled cloud where they prefer it. You deploy it, configure it to how that factory actually works, and get their data in.
Train
You teach the shop floor, the planners, the buyers and the managers. You know their process; you are the one who can map it to the system.
Support
You are your customers' support — at all times, for the whole relationship. Caliber handles bug fixes; everything else in that customer's life with the software is yours.
Support, stated plainly: the partner is the customer's support at all times — installation, configuration, training, operational questions, process change, upgrades, day-to-day help. The single exception is defect correction: where the software itself is faulty, Caliber corrects the fault, and you stay the customer's point of contact while we do.
What Caliber provides
The product
A complete manufacturing ERP, sold in three tiers with separately available add-on capabilities. It is in active development and honest about it — and it ships to infrastructure your customer owns and runs, on their own server or on cloud.
The portal
Your own area of this site: your customers and their licence states, deal registration with protected attribution, the improvement pipeline that puts what you learn on the factory floor in front of development, your commission statements, your agreement and standing, and your directory listing.
Commission
50% of what your customer pays us for their first 12 months, then 10% ongoing for as long as you remain their support. Every payment is allocated across the months it buys, so whether they pay monthly or annually makes no difference to what you earn. The clock starts when their system goes live, after a 1-month free period. The full schedule — the conditions, the payout dates, everything — is published in the partner portal as Schedule A and forms part of the Partner Agreement.
Bug fixes
Where the software itself is at fault, that is ours to correct. You diagnose and escalate through the portal, stay your customer's point of contact, and we fix the defect.
How it works
- 01
Apply
Tell us about your practice, your customer base and your experience. Every application is read personally.
- 02
Approval
If we take it forward you get an account and a link to set your password.
- 03
The agreement
The Partner Agreement is the first thing your portal shows you, and nothing else opens until you have read and accepted it. It states what you owe your customers, what we owe you, and — in plain terms — that a partnership can only be ended for a justified cause, with written notice, a right of appeal, and a reasoned decision.
- 04
Work
Register your deals to protect your attribution, run your customers' support desk, and put improvements into the pipeline. Commission accrues as your customers pay; statements are generated at month end, you invoice us against them, and each line is paid on the later of the payment date plus 30 days and your invoice reaching us plus 10.
The programme is young — and we say so
Applications are open and founding partners are onboarding now. CaliberERP itself is in active development, with its beta programme running. If helping shape a product appeals to you, this is the best moment there will ever be to join — and if you would rather come to it established, we would be glad to hear from you when it is further along.
